What You Should Know First
• Items must be in original condition with all packaging
• Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless item is damaged or defective)
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Final Sale items, personalized products, and lucky half-price items are non-returnable
Common Return Scenarios
1. Wrong Size
All our pieces follow standard international sizing. If the size isn’t right, you may request an exchange—shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Color Slightly Off
Due to display settings and natural gemstone variation (especially turquoise), minor color differences are normal and not considered defects.
3. Allergic Reaction
If you experience a reaction, stop wearing the product and contact us with photos. Return shipping will be at your expense.
4. Defects or Damage
If there’s a manufacturing issue or shipping damage, report it within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement.
5. Changed Your Mind
• Within 7 days: $7.99 processing fee, return shipping paid by customer
• 8–30 days: A 60% restocking fee applies
• No returns after 30 days

• U.S.: $5.99 reshipping fee
• International (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.): $8.99 reshipping fee
You’ll need to return the original item before we ship the replacement.

• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return address.
Be sure to securely package your return and include:
• Your order number
• The email used to place the order
After shipping, please email the tracking number to service@serenewestern.com.
Note: Unauthorized returns or used items will not be accepted. Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unused condition with packaging.
