Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of confirmation on a first-come, first-served basis. This includes procurement, quality inspection, and packaging to guarantee that your jewelry arrives in pristine condition.
- Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days from the order date. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to increased order volumes.
If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend placing it well in advance to avoid potential delays.
Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Real-Time Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates to become available in the system.
